The Airtight 30-Day Guarantee
An airtight migration, or we make it right. Not a marketing line: measurable criteria written into your contract before we start, and most of your fee held back until they’re met.
The promise
Within 30 days of go-live, if any of your agreed success criteria is not met, we fix it at no charge. If we can’t fix it, we refund the migration fee.
Your success criteria are agreed in writing after the risk scan. Typically they include:
- Record counts reconcile for contacts, companies, deals and activities, within an agreed tolerance for anything deliberately left behind
- Open pipeline value, stages and owners in HubSpot match your old CRM at cutover
- Every agreed automation, report and integration works in production
- At least the agreed share of your reps, typically 80%, log activity in HubSpot each week by day 30
- No unauthorized access to or exposure of your data attributable to our team
- All staging data destroyed and our access revoked, with written proof
Two more commitments
The guarantee covers the result. These cover your money and your time.
- Pay the balance at go-liveYou pay a deposit to start. The balance is due only once HubSpot is live and the go-live report is signed.
- Live on the date we agreeIf we miss the agreed go-live date through our own fault, your fee drops by an agreed amount for every week we’re late.
Why we can offer it
- The risk scan comes first. We find the hard problems before we agree a price, and we decline projects we can’t guarantee.
- The criteria are measurable. “It works” isn’t a criterion. “Open pipeline value in HubSpot equals open pipeline value in your old CRM” is.
- Everything is rehearsed twice. By go-live, the migration has already run end to end in a test portal and been reconciled.
- Adoption is designed in. HubSpot is built around how your reps sell, and they’re trained in their own views before go-live.
What we ask of you
Adoption is a shared job. The adoption criterion applies when your team attends the agreed training sessions, your sales process owner approves the design on time, and managers run their pipeline reviews in HubSpot. We’ll agree these in writing up front.
What the guarantee doesn’t cover
- Changes your team makes to HubSpot or the migrated data after go-live
- Data that was missing or wrong in your old CRM, unless cleaning it was in scope
- Tools and integrations outside the agreed scope
- Outages or product changes on HubSpot’s or another vendor’s side
The exact terms, remedies and limits are set out in your engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Airtight 30-Day Guarantee cover?
The success criteria agreed in writing after the risk scan: records reconciled, pipeline matched, automations and reports working, reps actively using HubSpot, no data exposure attributable to us, and proof that our access was revoked and staging data destroyed.
What happens if a success criterion is missed?
Tell us in writing within 30 days of go-live. We acknowledge it within one business day and fix it at no charge. If we can’t fix it, we refund the migration fee as set out in your agreement.
How do you measure whether reps are using HubSpot?
By activity HubSpot already records: calls, emails, meetings, notes and deal updates logged by each rep each week. We agree the target and how it’s measured before we start.
When do we pay?
A deposit when you sign, and the balance once HubSpot is live and the go-live report is signed.
