What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, and anything you write in the message field. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
If you request the risk checklist, we set a small cookie so the checklist stays unlocked on your device.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. We use this only to improve the site. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to discuss a possible engagement, and, if you requested the checklist, to send occasional emails about CRM migration. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they’re useful for the conversation, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@airtightmigrations.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Client data
This policy covers this website only. Customer data we handle during a migration is governed by the data processing agreement in each client’s contract.
